The image of Héber Pena leaving the pitch in tears last Saturday against Ciudad de Lucena left CD Estepona fans heartbroken. Concern for the player's condition was inevitable after an unfortunate incident that forced him to leave the field injured in the 19th minute, being replaced by Ale Contreras.

Now, after the medical report was released, there are reasons to face the situation with a bit more optimism. CD Estepona has confirmed that Héber Pena has suffered a grade II tear of the medial collateral ligament in his right knee. Treatment will be conservative, and the recovery time will depend on his progress.

Although the injury will require a period of recovery, knowing its extent allows us to look ahead with the hope of seeing him enjoy football again. At the moment, there is no specific date for his return, but the fans are eager to see him back in the red and white jersey.

Héber Pena could become one of CD Estepona's key signings for the second half of the season. His recovery will be a process that must be approached patiently, without rushing the process, and with the goal of returning in the best possible condition.

From CD Estepona Fans, we want to send him all our strength and support during this difficult time. Saturday was a tough day, but now it's time to look ahead, focus on his recovery, and think about the moment when he can return to the pitch at the Muñoz Pérez stadium.

Hang in there, Héber! We're waiting for your return!
