The quarry to the power

We have always known that the quarry of our club, has enjoyed very good sporting health. But this year, especially, it is being the great protagonist, so far this season, both in the first team, as in the Filial and Juvenil set.

The first team, already has 3 players who are part of the squad, such as Maxi, the Youth David Pomares and Raul as third goalkeeper, besides, almost every week, many players of the Filial and even juveniles, have participated in the trainings of the team directed by Xavi Molist. Currently, Rodney, Raúl, Maxi and David Pomares are in first team dynamics.

The subsidiary team, after achieving a historic promotion to Primera Andaluza, is making a very good start to the season. With players from the area, some of whom have already made their debut with the first team, such as Maxi and Rodney. To this we must also add that several Juveniles, have debuted with the Subsidiary Team.

For its part, the Youth Team, after playing last year in the play off for promotion, and where unfortunately could not be promoted, suffered a disbanding of players, who left the club for various reasons.

But, with hard work and sacrifice, the team was rebuilt, with players of the house. Currently it has a spectacular start of the league, with only one defeat, which was last week, which made us lose the leadership.

In short, we have to be very proud of the CD Estepona youth team, which so far this season is giving us joy, day after day. We have to continue like this, even improve and regardless of the results, keep betting on giving minutes to these kids, whatever age they are, and regardless of the category they play, regardless of the results, that is our goal, to keep adding kids.
