CD Estepona and CD Fútbol Banús Sign an Agreement to Foster the Talent of Young Soccer Players

CD Estepona and Club Deportivo de Fútbol Banús have signed a sports partnership agreement with the goal of promoting the training, development, and progression of young soccer players in the area.
The agreement is part of CD Estepona’s ongoing process of growth and strengthening, as the club continues to build an increasingly solid, professional sports structure that is closely connected with neighboring clubs.

Monitoring and Developing Young Talent
The collaboration between the two organizations includes various initiatives focused on identifying and developing talent. These include monitoring and evaluating promising players, creating opportunities to foster their athletic growth, and exchanging technical knowledge and training methodologies.
Furthermore, the agreement will facilitate the joint organization of friendly matches, tournaments, camps, workshops, and training activities, as well as collaboration on various projects related to the recruitment and development of young soccer players.
One of the main provisions of the agreement states that CD Fútbol Banús players who stand out for their talent may participate in training sessions, observation days, or tryouts organized by CD Estepona, always in coordination between both organizations.
Should any of these players meet the necessary requirements to join CD Estepona’s sports program, the Estepona-based club will have a right of first refusal over other clubs that may express interest in the player.
