CD Estepona surpasses 1,600 season ticket holders and continues to grow its fanbase

The red-and-white club reaches a new historic figure just days before returning to the Muñoz Pérez to host Linares Deportivo.

CD Estepona continues to break its own season ticket records . The club announced this Thursday that more than 1,600 fans have already signed up for season tickets for the 2026/27 season , a figure that sets a new record for the club.

Through its social media channels, the club celebrated the statistic with a message directed at the fans:

"Spectacular! We now have over 1,600 Osasuna season ticket holders. Thank you, fans. We'll see you this Saturday at the Muñoz Pérez stadium!"

The figure comes just days after the league opener against Xerez CD , which ended in a goalless draw (0-0) at the Francisco Muñoz Pérez stadium, which was attended by around 2,500 spectators .

A record that keeps growing

The data is even more valuable when considering the evolution recorded during the summer.

In August, CD Estepona surpassed 1,400 season ticket holders , reaching the highest figure in the club's history. Subsequently, the club reached 1,500 season ticket holders , a number that seemed to confirm the strong support surrounding the new project.

Now, with more than 1,600 , that mark is once again left behind.

The fans' support remains one of the biggest stories of the season so far. The team secured their place in the league last season after an outstanding second half of the campaign and now faces a new season in the Second Division with Manolo Sánchez at the helm.

Muñoz Pérez has another appointment this Saturday

The next chapter will arrive this Saturday.

After the draw against Xerez, CD Estepona will play another league match at home against Linares Deportivo , on the second day of the championship.

The match will be played again at the Francisco Muñoz Pérez stadium, which already experienced a great atmosphere last Saturday when the competition returned.

The club has also taken advantage of the announcement of 1,600 season ticket holders to once again appeal to its fans: “We'll be waiting for you this Saturday at the Muñoz Pérez stadium.”

With the team adding their first point of the season and a fanbase that continues to grow, the objective now will be to achieve the first league victory of the season against Linares.

More than 1,600 season ticket holders. A new record. And Muñoz Pérez is getting ready for another night of football.
