CD Estepona has unveiled its new kits for the 2026/27 season. On Wednesday, the club presented the official kits that the first team will wear during the new season at Plaza Antonia Guerrero, in an event that also served to introduce the roster and coaching staff to the fans.

The new collection, designed by adidas, brings back distinctly classic elements in the home kit and features a refreshed look for a team entering its second consecutive season in Segunda RFEF.

A Home Kit with a Retro Feel

The star of the presentation was the home kit, a jersey that embraces a distinctly retro aesthetic and recalls designs CD Estepona has used in other eras of its history.

The jersey retains red as its primary color, paired with dark blue sleeves, while the three signature adidas stripes appear in a light blue shade.

The white polo-style collar adds the finishing touch to the jersey’s classic look, setting it apart from last season’s kit.

The shorts will be dark blue, with the adidas stripes in white and the player’s number positioned above the crest on the right leg.

As for the sponsors, Air Europa appears on the front of the jersey, while SR Financial once again occupies a vertical position on the left side.

This combination of red, blue, and white revives part of the club’s traditional identity and, at first glance, was one of the highlights of the presentation.

Goalkeepers Will Wear Pink and Green

The goalkeepers will have two distinct designs.

The first goalkeeper kit features pink as the predominant color, on both the jersey and the shorts, accompanied by a graphic pattern on the fabric with black stripes and white shading.

The adidas branding appears in white, and the sponsors are arranged in the same layout as on the field players’ kits.

For the goalkeepers’ alternate kit, the club has opted for a vibrant green, maintaining the same graphic pattern used in the pink design.

White, Blue, and Gold for the Away Kit

The away kit for the field players presents a completely different look.

White dominates the jersey, which features blue sleeves, while the three adidas stripes appear in gold.

The design also includes thin vertical gold lines that add texture to the jersey and complete a look that’s much brighter than the home kit.

The shorts will also be white, with blue accents at the bottom.

The coaching staff also debuts a new look

The new season also brings a new uniform for the coaching staff.

Manolo Sánchez’s team will wear a outfit consisting of a black polo shirt and black pants, with white accents and the SR Financial sponsorship logo placed vertically on one side of the polo shirt.

The Roster Now Has Official Jersey Numbers

During the event, the official CD Estepona roster for the 2026/27 season was also unveiled, along with the players’ respective jersey numbers.

The announced roster is as follows:

Manolo Sánchez will continue to lead the team; during the presentation, he already set his sights on the next major goal: to keep building on last season’s spectacular second half and be ready for the start of the competition.

The league opener will take place on Saturday, September 5, at 9:00 p.m., right here at the Francisco Muñoz Pérez stadium, against Xerez CD.

Julen Guerrero: “We Have to Keep Showing Great Heart”

Julen Guerrero, general manager of CD Estepona, also spoke, recalling the difficulty of the challenge he took on when he joined the club last season and highlighting the commitment he found from day one.

Guerrero particularly highlighted the work of the coaching staff, the administrative staff, and, above all, a roster that got fully involved from the very beginning to turn around a situation that seemed practically irreversible.

The general manager also spoke of the importance of having built a bond between the city, the team, the fan clubs, the supporters, the authorities, and the sponsors, describing it as a “big heart” that helped create the atmosphere that ultimately helped the team secure its place in the league.

That is precisely why, he explained, the presentation has been moved to the heart of the city, Plaza Antonia Guerrero.

1,500 Season Ticket Holders: A Club Record

The presentation also comes at a particularly exciting time for the club’s membership.

CD Estepona has reached 1,500 season-ticket holders this season, a figure that represents a club record and confirms the growing bond between the team and the city following the events of the second half of last season.

This statistic serves as a perfect snapshot of where the project stands: a team that managed to bounce back when it seemed doomed and a fan base that now faces the new season with renewed enthusiasm.

“The Resurgence: The Miracle of CD Estepona”

During the event, a special video was also announced that will recap everything that happened during the second half of last season.

Titled “The Resurgence: The Miracle of CD Estepona”, the video will cover the events since the arrivals of Julen Guerrero and Manolo Sánchez, as well as statements from key players and behind-the-scenes moments in the locker room during the comeback that ended with the team avoiding relegation.

A tribute to a season that is now part of the club’s recent history and serves as a starting point for a new project.

Friday: Second Villa de Estepona Trophy

Before the league season begins, CD Estepona will face a new challenge this Friday, August 28, with the 2nd Villa de Estepona Trophy.

The red-and-white squad will host Atlético Malagueño starting at 9:00 p.m. at the Francisco Muñoz Pérez Stadium.

Season ticket holders will have free admission, while non-season ticket holders will pay a flat fee of 5 euros.

Tickets will be available at the club’s offices and through online sales.

The season has a fresh new look.

Now it’s time to put it to the test.

And CD Estepona 2026/27 is already looking ahead to September 5.
