*THE RESERVE TEAM BEATS ATL. ESTACION AND "SLEEPS" IN THE PLAYOFF ZONE*

A great victory for our reserve team against one of the best teams in the division, Atl. Estacion, whom they beat 1-0. As usual, our team came out with great intensity, pressing high up the pitch and looking to dominate possession. And no sooner said than done, the first few minutes were clearly dominated by the reds. We were soon rewarded when, in the 13th minute, Rayan took advantage of a poor clearance by the visiting goalkeeper and, as it came to him, scored the first and only goal of the game with an excellent volley. After the goal, Atl.Estación was a different team and began to play as the good team they are. Their great individual players came into their own, with Herrera at the helm, combining and making quick transitions. They even hit the crossbar. But our boys showed today that they are not a newly promoted team at all, but quite the opposite. They looked like a team that has been in this category for years, and with immeasurable collective work and the determination that characterizes us, they managed to reach halftime with a lead on the scoreboard (1-0).

In the second half, the visitors turned up the pressure even more and went in search of the equalizer. The first 15 minutes were clearly dominated by the visitors, who managed to take the ball away from us and play constantly in our half, but without creating any clear scoring chances.

Antonio Sánchez made some substitutions and decided to freshen up the team, which was feeling the effects of the enormous physical effort it was making. The team noticed this and gradually regained its strength, while Estación looked helpless, unable to break through Raúl's goal.

The final minutes were very competitive, and they were already playing direct football in search of the much-desired goal that would give them at least one point.
