Bakary Sow, CD Estepona's newest player

The 20-year-old Senegalese forward arrives from Sevilla FC and bolsters Manolo Sánchez's offense

CD Estepona now has a new addition to its attack. On Monday, the club officially announced the signing of Bakary Sow, a 20-year-old Senegalese forward who arrives from Sevilla FC.

Sow thus becomes the latest addition to Manolo Sánchez’s project, just a few days before Estepona’s league opener, which will take place this Saturday at the Francisco Muñoz Pérez Stadium against Xerez CD.

According to CD Estepona, the forward has experience in Primera RFEF and has scored more than 45 goals over the past three seasons—statistics that attest to his offensive prowess and have led the Estepona team to sign him.

The forward joins an attacking unit where Manolo Sánchez already has several options and arrives with the goal of contributing goals, power, and competition on the front line.

Sow’s signing had already been hinted at earlier this afternoon by Diego Partida, sports director at COPE Marbella, and was subsequently officially confirmed by the club.
